Butchery Apprentices Continue to Shine

This week, our level 2 and 3 butchery apprentices have continued their development with a visit to one if our farmer suppliers in Pembrokeshire.

Our very own Gareth Evans, was explaining the importance of good animal husbandry and helped show examples of this throughout.

A very big thank you to Rob Kerslake & Nick Williams of Hill Farm in Dale and the Cambrian Training Company for hosting.Hands on, practical experience is essential for the development and success of our team.
